&uot;We are excited about using our Minnesota corn production for a Minnesota project,&uot; said Jerry Larson, Otter Tail Ag Enterprises chair. &uot;This veteran firm can help us get there. BBI is an independent consulting company with no ties to any builder, and they have experience with more than 100 ethanol plant feasibility studies. BBI CEO Mike Bryan visited potential plant sites that Otter Tail Ag Enterprises LLC has identified. He also met with OTAE leadership to identify 12 study tasks that will inform the group’s decision-making process. The tasks include analyzing the availability of corn, water, other infrastructure, labor, financing and community support. &uot;We certainly hope the area is supportive,&uot; said Larson. &uot;According to BBI, 80 percent of all revenue generated by an ethanol facility is spent within a 50-mile radius of the plant. That’s something to get excited about.&uot;
