Together with a 33 foot easement for ingress and egress over, under and across that part of said SW 1/4, being 16.50 feet on each side of the following described centerline: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 20; thence on an assumed bearing of South along the West line of said Section 20, a distance of 873.44 feet to the point of beginning of centerline to be described; thence South 89°13’16″ East a distance of 759.79 feet; thence northeasterly on a tangential curve, concave to the Northwest, having a radius of 225.00 feet, a delta angle of 54°03’39″, for an arc distance of 212.30 feet; thence North 36°43’05″ East a distance of 142.93 feet to the southerly line of the above described tract and there terminating.
