Two charged after meth seized

Two people are facing controlled substance charges after authorities found methamphetamine in their Fergus Falls apartment.

Joel Urbano, 35, of Pelican Rapids, and Amber Jo Fleming, 27, of Fergus Falls, are charged with two first degree controlled substance crimes and one count of child neglect/endangerment. Both were arrested Sept. 21 after agents with the West Central Minnesota Drug Task Force seized more than 30 grams of methamphetamine from a Fergus Falls apartment. Authorities also found items indicative of narcotics sales, including a scale and pay-out sheets.

Both Urbano and Fleming are being held in the Otter Tail County Detention Facility.
