Vergas crash injures two

Authorities say alcohol may have been a factor in a rollover that injured two West Fargo men near Vergas Friday night.

The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office received a report of the accident around 10:20 p.m. According to authorities, a 1999 Ford pickup was traveling eastbound on County Highway 4 when it tipped on its side, coming to rest in the ditch on the north side of the road. The driver, David Updahl, 35, and a passenger, Nicolas Pulkrabek, 30, both of West Fargo, were treated for non-life threatening injuries at St. Mary’s Innovis Health.
