Disturbance prompts DWI arrest

A Sebeka man was arrested for felony DWI early Saturday after a report he was out of control at a Sebeka home.

Authorities were called to a residence on 470th Street around 4:30 a.m. on a report Kevin Luukinen, 43, had been making threatening comments. Otter Tail County sheriff’s deputies and Perham police officers searched the area, locating Luukinen in a parked vehicle in a hayfield about a quarter mile from the residence, according to the sheriff’s office. He was arrested for first degree DWI.
