I had these sandwiches at my niece’s home and thought what a good, Quick hot sandwich these would make.  They are so easy to make with Only three ingredients.

Hot ham & cheese sandwiches [UPDATED]

In crock pot sprayed with cooking oil I melted :

2 lbs Velveeta cheese

1 can evaporated milk

When melted add 3 to 5 lbs of shaved deli ham, torn into

Medium size pieces.

Heat until hot and serve on buns.

Note:

You can keep in refrigerator and put cold mixture on buns and

microwave 35 seconds. This would be a quick lunch or dinner

for before or after  game night.

Variations to recipe.  Half Velveeta and American

Or  even Pepper Jack cheese mixed with one of the above.
