A man wanted by the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office for allegedly beating a Fergus Falls man with a glass beer mug at the Dalton Hide Out bar was caught in his home town of Brandon on Sunday.

Adam Schlosser, 25, was arrested at 13061 Lakes Rd at about 9:40 p.m. for second and third degree assault as well as providing a peace officer with a false name and date of birth.

Schlosser is accused of striking a 28-year-old man several times in the head with a glass beer mug and leaving the scene on Jan. 20. The victim was taken to the hospital and had received several stitches and staples on his head.

Schlosser allegedly claims that he attacked the 28-year-old after he tried to sell Schlosser drugs.
