The Otter Tail County Historical Society’s Military Roundtable series continues on Monday, March 7, noon with Richard Kagan speaking on The Korean War: Past and Present.

Richard Kagan is a retired Professor of Asian History Studies at Hamline University in St. Paul. His program will cover many aspects of “The Forgotten War.” The program includes what led up to the conflict and the unique aspects of the Korean War memorials in St. Paul and Washington, D.C.
