Dick Strand’s dock and pontoon were damaged during a storm a week ago on the northeast side of Otter Tail Lake. His neighbor, Steve Kuntz, rushed to the scene and tied Strand’s pontoon to nearby trees. Winds were pushing the tipped-over pontoon towards Kuntz’s own pontoon to the north. Many docks and watercraft were damaged along the shoreline.
