Local businesses vandalized

The sheriff’s office received four reports on Tuesday of businesses near Fergus Falls that had a window or a door smashed in by a vandal.

Nothing has been reported missing from any of the businesses.

The calls came in from 6:18 to 10:52 a.m., as people came to the businesses in the morning and discovered the smashed windows.

The four businesses are Fergus Locker , Ottertail Glass, Lakes Area Shooting Center and Harms Towing in Underwood.

The sheriff’s office is currently investigating whether the incidents are related and if they are related to the burglary of the Elizabeth General Store.
