Here is another salad that has been one of  my favorites over the years.  This is a great salad to have in summer  or anytime of the year.  You can make this a day ahead of time or at least 4 hours ahead.  I  use a 1 gallon one-zip bag to marinate the vegetables in the refrigerator.  It is easy to roll over and cover vegetables.  When ready to serve just pour into bowl. L  eft overs go back into the bag for easy storage.  I keep them refrigerated until time to serve.

GREAT RANCH SALAD

I head of cauliflower

1 head of Broccoli

1 red pepper

1 yellow pepper

1 green pepper

2-3 stalks of celery

2 -3 carrots

1 bottle of liquid Ranch Dressing

1 pkg of dry original Ranch Dressing

1 cup of sour cream

½ cup of mayonnaise

Make medium pieces of the Cauliflower and Broccoli Flowerets, dice peppers, chop celery and slice the Carrots.  If you want to make a small salad just buy the pre-packaged Cauliflower and Broccoli  tops.

You can use your favorite peppers and don’t have to use all three types.   Make the proportions to fit your needs.  Not everybody can use a big salad.  I hope you enjoy this easy to prepare ahead salad.
