A Fergus Falls vandal has struck the same place in the same way two nights in a row, uprooting the same set of trees from a boulevard on the 800 block of Court Street.

Police were first called to the scene shortly after 6 a.m. Tuesday. It appeared that someone had uprooted a few trees near 821 Court Street, and someone had also moved a couch into the middle of the road. The couch was moved back to the side of the road where it was originally, and the parks department was called to plant the trees again.

This morning, the police were summoned again, only to find that the same trees had been pulled up. The parks department was called to replant the trees a second time.
