Aug. 12 deadline for recycling art contest

The Kaddatz Gallery and OTC Recycling Center are teaming up again this summer for the UPcycling Art Contest.

Create an art object using the recycled Mystery Medium! There will be a Juror’s Choice cash prize (amount yet to be determined), and a People’s Choice prize of a reusable shopping bag starter kit.

All entries will be displayed at the Kaddatz Gallery from Aug. 16 through Sept. 24.

There is a $5 entry fee. All entry fees will go towards the Juror’s Cash prize. The more people that enter the larger the prize, so be sure to tell your friends.

For a complete list of rules, entry form, and to pick up the mystery medium, visit the Kaddatz Gallery, 111 W Lincoln Ave, Fergus Falls or

the Otter Tail County OTC Recycling Center, 1115 N Tower Road, Fergus Falls.

Deadline for entries is 5 p.m. Aug. 12.
