CHERRY CREAM FRUIT DESSERT

-I was having a gathering of friends and relatives and was trying to think
healthy and fresh fruit.  Well, it came close. This dessert is refreshing with the fresh
fruit.  I would suggest to use these two fruits as they don’t water down
the mixture even the next day.  If you are going to eat it that day use
whatever fruit you like. Change the yogurt to match the fruit.

3  light cherry yogurts
2  tsp lemon juice
2  Tbsp. sugar ( Splenda or the equivelant)
16 oz of light cream cheese
1  bunch of red grapes
1  pint of blueberries
1  12oz container of whipped topping
Use a pretty vertical bowl so you can see the layers.

Mix the yogurt, lemon juice ,sugar and cream cheese
thoroughly. Fold in an 12 oz frozen whipped topping Layer
blueberries on bottom, a layer of cherry cheese mixture,
a layer of red grapes, more cherry cheese mixture and if
you have enough cream mixture, repeat again. The sweetness
of this is cut by the tartness of  the fruit.. I saved enough berries
to decorate the top. Note: You could also make individual dessert
dishes. This is soft and you won’t be able to cut squares in a pan.
