NOTICE OF FILING OF PETITION OF ADOPTION AND TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS

TO: ALL JOHN DOES WHO HAD SEXUAL INTERCOURSE WITH C.M.H. IN AUGUST, 2010 OR SEPTEMBER,  2010

PLEASE BE NOTIFIED that Petitioners have filed a Petition for Adoption and Termination of Parental Rights on July 5, 2011 in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo
County, New Mexico. The matter has been assigned to the Honorable M. Monica Zamora. The Petitioners are required to give All John Does who had Sexual Intercourse with C.M.H. in August, 2010 or September, 2010 notice that the above-referenced Petition for Adoption and Termination of Parental Rights was filed, for the adoption of I.S.H. born to C.M.H. on May 9, 2011 in Fergus Falls, Minnesota.

PLEASE BE FURTHER NOTIFIED and advised that pursuant to the New Mexico Statutes Annotated Section 1978, 35A-5-27 (A)(1999), you have twenty days from the date of publication in which to respond to the Petition.
