Waddell taken back into custody [UPDATED]

Amanda Waddell, the 21-year-old Fergus Falls resident who allegedly fled a jail escort after a Saturday visit to Lake Region Hospital, has been taken back into custody.

An initial sheriff’s office report said that Waddell was arrested without incident during a traffic stop in Fergus Falls city limits at 1:30 p.m. Law enforcement agencies reported Monday morning that they expected a felony escape from custody charge for Waddell, who was initially arrested Friday on an outstanding warrant for possession of stolen property.
