Ice arena grand opening Nov. 20 [UPDATED]

The public is invited to the grand opening of the new community ice arena on Sunday, Nov. 20. The arena, which is already hosting some skaters on its practice rinks, will be fully open and available for scheduling.

There will be open skating in the arena from 1 to 4 p.m. on the 20th, and a ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at 2 p.m.

Free hot dogs, chips and soft drinks will be provided from business donations.
