A Dalton man was arrested for DWI after Fergus Falls police pulled him over Friday night for driving a car that was reported as stolen.measurement

Jessie James Marthaler, 31, was pulled over around 10:30 p.m. on the 1200 block of North Concord St., police reported. An officer pulled over the 1999 Oldsmobile Delta Royale after recognizing its similarity to a car that was reported stolen in Underwood approximately 13 minutes earlier.

After determining that Marthaler allegedly was intoxicated (and possessed a hypodermic needle and was driving with a revoked license), police arrested him. Whether or not the car was actually stolen is under investigation.
