Dalton’s Etten named chairman of Minn-Dak board [UPDATED]

Current Minn-Dak Farmers Cooperative directors Brent Davison of Tintah, Dale Blume of Norcross, and Pat Freese of Kent, were elected by their district shareholders at the co-op’s annual meeting held Tuesday, Dec. 6.

Board officers, elected by the full board of directors, include Doug Etten of Dalton, chairman; Brent Davison of Tintah, vice-chairman; Chuck Steiner of Foxhome, secretary; and Dennis Butenhoff of Barnesville, treasurer.

The board also approved the continued appointments of David Roche as President and Chief Executive Officer, Simone Sandberg as Legal Counsel, and Suzann Moffet as Recording Secretary.
