A Level Three predatory offender moved to Fergus Falls on Wednesday, the Fergus Falls Police Department reported today.

Mark Anthony Rehm, 27, is living on the 600 block of First Avenue North, after he moved from Park Rapids. He is not wanted by police and has completed the sentence for his crimes.

Rehm, 27, was convicted in 2001 for first degree criminal sexual conduct in Otter Tail County. Police reported that he had sexual contact with multiple female victims age four through 14. In the latter part of the last decade, Rehm was arrested multiple times for violating the terms of his release while he was still under intensive supervision.

Rehm is a white male with brown hair, hazel eyes, and a medium complexion. He weighs 203 pounds and is five feet, six inches tall.

Fergus Falls police and the state Department of Corrections will be hosting a public information meeting about Rehm on Feb. 1 at 6 p.m. in the Ottertail Lake Room of the Government Services Center.

This guy, with another guy, got a minor drunk and repeatedly raped her. One’s already back on the street. Now we get Rehm back in our town. And…He’s moving next to a little kids grade school building. WOW!

This should be a huge ?DUH?, moment for everyone.

What I don’t understand why is there no pictures so we can see what he looks like….

  3. Melissa C

There is a way our justice system could stop people like him from reoffending, but we have too many bleeding hearts out there that don’t want to have that happen. They would rather there be more victims than taking out the problem once and for all.

  4. Terri Cooley

There should be a law about that level sex offender moving by a school. I hope no little ones will be walking alone.

  5. Don Johnson

@ Dave Adams, you are talking about the wrong Rehm, this one was accused of intercourse with a infant, less than a year old.

  6. Marsha Benson

Why do we hold the mistakes of our fellow man’s against them for ever? Ya this guy did a bad thing but many of us do bad things when we drink. Then we pay!!! But we allow large corporations and Law enforcement to harm even kill our fellow man, with no-one held accountable. And its all behind doors. No wonder we take out our anger on people like this!!!!! We have no other choices.. Ya we need to keep an eye on this fellow, but shouldn’t we give him a fair chance to rebuild his life??? For those who call themselves christens, What ever happened to forgiveness??

  7. Shay Monyu

Leave it up to Ms Benson, the convicted drug dealer, to publicly defend a monster like this. Probably the same old attitude…the cops had it out for him, he had a rough childhood, his parents were mean. Blah blah blah. What about the rights and safety of the children he molested? The lives he’s ruined forever because this creep couldn’t keep his zipper up. Back when people were actually punished for their crimes this problem would’ve been taken care of already, but no, he gets to move in next door to an elementary school.. A big ‘WTF??’ for our justice system on this one.

  8. Don Johnson

there should be no forgiveness for those who prey on children to satisfy their personal sexual abnormalities! any parent who tolerates a sexual predator being around their child is remiss in their responsibilities as a parent! religion has no place in such matters!
