Twelve long-time employees of Lake Region Healthcare retired in 2011. These staff members have significantly devoted themselves to the organization and to the community through their service.

We owe great thanks to each of the retirees for their long-term commitment to these ideals,” said Lake Region Healthcare President and CEO, Larry Schulz.
Lake Region Healthcare formally recognizes retirees over the age of 55 with at least 10 years of service. In 2011, this includes: 41 years of service: Barbara Ness, Medical Lab Technician, 37 years of service: Wendy Anderson, Registered Nurse, 28 years of service: Helen Franklin, Appointment Assistant, 27 years of service: Jeanne Jensen, Volunteer Coordinator, 26 years of service: Linda Strand, Appointment Assistant, 22 years of service: Janet Bollwitt, Registered Nurse, 22 years of sservice: Pixie Schwarz, Registered Nurse, 20 years of service: Alice Scott, Certified Nursing Assistant, 20 years of service: Nancy Johnson, Respiratory Care Practitioner, 19 years of service: Kathy Gilbert, Registered Nurse, 13 years of service: Vivan Ayres, Registered Nurse, 12 years of service: Machelle Ellingson, Licensed Practical Nurse.
