Open auditions for AC4TA’s spring Razzle Dazzle Revue

Published 11:25am Thursday, January 19, 2012

A Center for the Arts is holding auditions for its spring “Razzle Dazzle Revue” fundraiser on Saturday, Jan. 28 at 10 a.m. and again on Sunday, Feb. 5 at 2 p.m., both at AC4TA’s Fergus Theatre, 124 W. Lincoln Ave., downtown Fergus Falls. To sign-up for one of the audition dates, call AC4TA at 218-998-ARTS (2787). For more information about auditioning or the performance, call AC4TA or visit

These auditions are open to everyone ages 8 to adult. Razzle Dazzle Revue is A Center for the Arts’ annual spring fundraiser. This year’s theme is “Let’s all go to the movies.” Directors are Rebecca Sonmor and Jennifer Johnson, and the performance dates are March 23, 24 and 25. People interested in auditioning should sign-up for one of the audition dates in advance.

If you’ve been in a Razzle Dazzle show in the past, you don’t need to do a formal audition unless you want to try-out for a solo or as a featured dancer (however, please come to one of the informational meetings). All those who have not been in Razzle Dazzle before need to do a formal audition, which will take place immediately after the informational meeting.

If neither date works and you’ve been in Razzle Dazzle before, simply stop by the Center and fill out an audition form and a conflict calendar. If you have not been in Razzle Dazzle before and neither date works, contact AC4TA with your name, phone number and e-mail address so that one of the directors can contact you.
