the north line of said Section 14 to the point of beginning; thence continuing North 89 degrees 46 minutes 34 seconds West 149.38 feet along the north line of said Section 14 to a found iron monument; thence South 00 degrees 13 minutes 26 seconds West 80.64 feet to a found iron monument; thence continuing South 00 degrees 13 minutes 26 seconds West 64.08 feet to a found iron monument; thence South 49 degrees 18 minutes 31 seconds East 202.62 feet to an iron monument; thence North 00 degrees 45 minutes 48 seconds West 195.26 feet to an iron monument hereinafter referred to as Point B; thence continuing North 00 degrees 45 minutes 48 seconds West 81.01 feet to the point of beginning. The above described tract contains 0.73 acres.
SUBJECT TO Trunk Highway No. 108 right of way easement over, under, and across that part of the above tract described as follows:
Beginning at an iron monument at the aforementioned Point B; thence North 00 degrees 45 minutes 48 seconds West 81.01 feet to the north line of said Section 14; thence North 89 degrees 46 minutes 34 seconds West 149.38 feet along the north line of said Section 14 to a found iron monument; thence South 00 degrees 13 minutes 26 seconds West 80.64 feet to a found iron monument; thence South 89 degrees 38 minutes 35 seconds East 150.78 feet to the point of beginning of said Trunk Highway No. 108 right of way easement.
