Ottertail man hurt in crash [UPDATED]

A 43-year-old Ottertail man was injured after crashing his pick-up truck north of Deer Creek on Friday.

James Leske was driving his truck east on County Highway 52 shortly before 1 p.m. Upon reaching the road’s intersection with State Highway 29, Leske did not stop and drove into a ditch, heavily damaging his truck and sustaining injuries to his face, head and right leg.

Leske was taken by ambulance to Tri-County Hospital in Wadena, but his injuries were not life-threatening.
