United Way gift-givers recognized [UPDATED]

On Wednesday, Jan. 18, United Way honored Otter Tail County businesses for outstanding giving and volunteerism in 2011.

Each year, United Way compiles statistics for Otter Tail County businesses in three separate categories of philanthropic participation, including top corporate gifts, employee participation and campaign champions.

In 2011, 143 businesses in Otter Tail County contributed to the Campaign to “Improve Lives” and United Way is thankful to each business and individual contributing to the Campaign at every level, whether it is with volunteer time or financial resources.
