Federal fugitives sentenced in FF
Published 11:17am Tuesday, February 7, 2012Two former federal fugitives are being held in the Otter Tail County Jail during their sentencing at the federal court in Fergus Falls.
Cruze Anthony White and Donald Leigh Clark Jr., both 23, of Redby, were indicted in January 2011 for a Nov. 3, 2010 shooting that left one dead on the Red Lake Indian Reservation.
Both men were found in January 2011 after being on the run from law enforcement.
The shooting injured two people and killed Julian DeMarrias, of Redby.
The two men pled guilty to discharging a firearm during a crime of violence and voluntary manslaughter in November 2011.
They were sentenced this morning, but the results of the sentencings were not immediately available.
