The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency awarded the Henning Wastewater Facility for its perfect record of compliance throughout the year.

To be eligible for the award, facility operators must submit all monitoring reports to the MPCA correctly and on time, demonstrate consistent compliance through monitoring or surveys and employ MPCA-certified operators.

Ben Oseien received the award on behalf of the wastewater facility at the 75th annual Wastewater Operations Conference in Brooklyn Park.

Henning’s facility was one of 126 facilities to receive the award. Minnesota has approximately 1,700 wastewater facilities state wide.
