NYM defeats Ashby 15-7 on diamond

The Lady Ashby Arrows softball traveled to New York Mills on Friday and fell to the Eagles 15-7. Arrow starting hurler Paige Nelson started on the mound and scattered 10 hits, while striking out a batter in the loss.

AHS’ Madison VanSanten, Amber Sundal and Emily Elliott all had two hits.

Also lacing a hit were Meg Roley and Abbie Ras.
