Melvin Anderson and Marlene Dornburg met and courted while living at the Sheridan House Independent Living Apartments with LB Homes.

The couple was married at the Broen Home’s Light and Life Auditorium on Saturday, April 28. This is the second marriage for both and the first wedding held for two residents of the Sheridan House. Approximately 105 people attended. The Revs. Ken Austin and Kate Bruns officiated at the ceremony.

The couple will continue to live at the Sheridan House, in one apartment now, instead of two.
