MENAHGA — The Otter Tail Central softball team claimed the Park Region Conference crown Tuesday afternoon as they swept a doubleheader with Menahga.

The Bulldogs used 15 hits and a stellar pitching performance Shaina Underhill to pick up a 12-4 win in game one.

Underhill went the distance for the Bulldogs strikingout seven batters and giving up three earned runs.

Carly VanWatermulen and Emily Marso each muscled out homeruns for OTC in the win.

The second game saw the OTC softball team rally from four runs down in the bottom of the seventh to pick up a 5-4 win.

VanWatermulen was able to do it again for the Bulldogs, this time in walk-off fashion, as her homerun put the Bulldogs over. Maddie Stueve also sent one over the fence in the inning.

The Bulldogs will travel to Pelican Rapids Thursday for a 4:30 p.m. game.
