Kirstyn Johnson and Beau Brendmoen act out a chilling scene in the psychological thriller “Geist,” which began filming this weekend at the Regional Treatment Center.

    Really,

This film is in our city and this is what you could come up with. Did you see the full story that valley news did, A full length feature story, and our local paper can only come up with this ? I am thinking maybe someone should send a reporter up to the building and actually hold interviews with some of the production crew, actors, and director. Maybe you will find for your story that many of the actors (especially children) are local children from our city and area. I think the people in the city of fergus falls might find that interesting. I can’t tell you how to do your job, I’m just saying this is what i would want to read in a story, not just a picture and a four sentences.

The RTC has finally gotten some use, There is finally some news about the place, good news, people having the ability use this facility, a reason not to tear it down. The Save the Kirkbride members should be ecstatic because this is the best thing that could ever happen to the RTC. They are actually getting (Valley news anyway) some exposure.

No article? No story? Just a picture with a caption? WTF. Nice reporting.
