Perham cross country to hold summer camp

The 10th annual Perham cross country camp is scheduled for June 25-29 at Bemidji State University.

The camp will be supervised by Head Coach Jeff Morris and several former Yellowjackets that went on to run at the collegiate level.

The camp is for incoming 7-12 graders and the cost will be $200.

Camp activities will focus on the theory of training, training principles, diet and equipment.

There will also be several different activities outside of cross country to do such as tubing, biking, rock climbing, and other team building exercises.
