A man was bitten by a dog four times at a Deer Creek home Tuesday morning, the county sheriff’s office reported today.

The man was visiting a resident of 29697 510th Ave. around 7 a.m. when the resident’s dog allegedly attacked the man, breaking skin as he bit him on the buttocks and the back of his leg. The bites were allegedly unprovoked.

The sheriff’s office did not release whether the man had been taken to the hospital or whether the dog’s owner would be cited. It appears the dog is still at home.
