Angel Lee Schumacher, 29, of Big Lake

Angel Lee Schumacher, 29, of Big Lake, died Monday, July 2, 2012 at the New River Medical Center in Monticello.

She was born Nov. 25, 1982, in Fergus Falls, the daughter of David and Joni (Toso) Schumacher.

She graduated from high school in Fargo and then lived for a time in Washington State.

Angel later worked as a C.N.A. in Barnesville until 2001, at which time she was diagnosed with Lupus and disabled due to kidney failure.

She then moved to Big Lake to be near her family.

Angel loved crafts, scrapbooking, hair ribbons and accessories, watching Days of Our Lives and HGTV, shopping, and especially spending time with her two daughters.

After her diagnosis with Lupus she was always interested in helping others with the same illness.

Preceding her in death were her father, David Schumacher Sr.; her aunt, Kathi Toso; and her grandfathers, Donald Toso and Reinhold Schumacher.

Survivors include her special friend, Paul Crume of Fargo; two daughters, Alizè Rae and Alexis Schumacher of Big Lake; their father, Landon Wang; her mother, Joni (Mike) Fick of Big Lake; two sisters, Aimee (David) Berg of Big Lake, Rebecca (Jeremy Almer) Schumacher of Sioux Falls, S.D.; two brothers, David (Shawna Nelson) Schumacher of Mound, Zachary (Cara) Schumacher of Menwithill AFB, England; her grandmothers, Marion Schumacher of Fargo, Donna Andstrom of Fergus Falls; six nieces and nephews, Jacob, Kaylah, Isaac and Isabelle Berg, and Desirae and Kaitlyn Ness; and two aunts, Lori Buseth of Fergus Falls, and Deb Peasley of Erhard.

Visitation: One hour prior to the service at the church

Service: 1 p.m. Monday, at First Lutheran Church, Fergus Falls

Clergy: Rev. Saul Stensvaag

Burial: Riverside Cemetery, Fargo
