OTC falls in DH with Parkers Prairie

BATTLE LAKE — The Otter Tail Central Legion team suffered a pair of losses to Parkers Prairie in Thursday’s double-header.

Parkers Prairie was able to blank OTC 3-0 in game one.

Marty Charest was solid on the mound for OTC, but took the loss. Charest was also great from the plate in the opening game going 2 for 3.

In game two, a late rally by the OTC Legion fell short in a 8-5 loss.

The Legion team fought back from an 8-0 deficit, scoring five runs in the bottom of the sixth inning.

Parkers Prairie was able to stop the leak as they collected their second win of the day.

Nolan Koch collected three hits, stole a base and scored a run for OTC.
