Man charged with DWI in McDonalds drive-through [UPDATED]

A McDonalds employee called police after allegedly seeing a driver and passenger drinking 40-ounce beers while ordering from the drive-through.

There were two young children in the back seat.

Ross Lavell, 37, was arrested for a 3rd degree DWI. The passenger, Saul Grado, 31, provided a false name to police officers.

The children belong to Lavell.
