Knife assault suspect arrested [UPDATED]

Fergus Falls police arrested Ramsey Louis Kettle, 21, of Fergus Falls on Tuesday night after an officer saw him walking on Union Avenue near End Street. Kettle is the suspect in an alleged assault with a knife Saturday on the 200 block of North Cascade Street.breakfast

According to police, Kettle allegedly became angry at another man in an apartment on the block, coming after him with a knife in the 3 a.m. hour.

The other man hid in a bathroom, but Kettle allegedly stabbed the knife through the door in attempt to get to him.

The other man was not stabbed, and Kettle left before police could arrive. He was picked up on a warrant.
