Carly Kerr and Matthew Anderson announce their engagement. The parents of the couple are Mark and JoLene Kerr of Fergus Falls and James and Jean Anderson of Detroit Lakes.

Carly is a 2005 graduate of Fergus Falls High School, a 2009 graduate of College of St. Benedicts in St. Joseph and is currently employed by RK Mechanical, Denver, Colo.

Matthew is a 2005 graduate of Detroit Lakes High School, 2010 graduate of St. Johns University of Collegeville, is employed at Neff Rental, Denver, Colo.

A Oct. 13, 2012 wedding is planned at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Detroit Lakes.
