Court run [UPDATED]

The following is a list of people recently convicted or charged with felonies or gross misdemeanors in Otter Tail County court, according to county court administration. Others may have been charged or convicted and already reported on by The Daily Journal.

• Justin Michael Matthiesen, 22, of Wadena, was convicted Aug. 6 for DWI, a gross misdemeanor.

• Mitchell Lee Peterson, 21, of Henning, was charged Aug. 16 with fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle, a felony; violating an alcohol restriction on his driver’s license, a gross misdemeanor; and possessing drug paraphernalia, a petty misdemeanor.

• Kenneth Samuel Powers, 32, of Fergus Falls, was charged Aug. 16 with violating the terms of his release as a predatory offender, a felony.

• Theodore Richard Steenbock, 66, of Fergus Falls, was convicted Aug. 19 for gross misdemeanor DWI.
