Stolen Fargo puppy recovered in Fergus [UPDATED]

A stolen lhasa apso dog worth more than $500 was recovered in Fergus Falls over the weekend, Fargo police told media outlets.

The dog, stolen from the Pets R’ Inn store in West Acres Mall on Aug. 2, was found by an Otter Tail County deputy after following up on a tip.

The dog is healthy. The names of the two people who stole the dog from the mall have not yet been released. They could be facing a felony.
