Campers vandalized, burglarized [UPDATED]

Two camper vehicles in rural Vergas were vandalized and burglarized in the last few days. It is unknown if the cases are connected.

The first burglary was reported on Saturday at 35504 Adams Point Rd. Around 100 DVDs and a .22 caliber rifle were stolen, and damage was caused to the camper.

The second burglary was reported Sunday at 35412 Adams Point Road. A TV/VCR/DVD combination device, a microwave, a stereo, alcohol and other items were stolen, and damage was done there as well.

There is a suspect.

The incident appears to have happened between Aug. 21 and 23 in the first case and sometime in the three days leading up to Aug. 26 in the second case.
