A 26-year-old Erhard man was arrested late Thursday afternoon for allegedly forcing entry into a home and threatening his girlfriend.

According to law enforcement, Aire Scott Johnson got into an Erhard home through a window around 5:45 p.m. He allegedly threatened to assault a woman inside, and the sheriff’s office says an actual assault of some kind occurred outside of the home.

Deputies responded, and Johnson was located on a traffic stop a short time later. He was taken into custody for first degree burglary and domestic assault.
