Offices closed in observance of Labor Day [UPDATED]

The Labor Day holiday is coming up on Monday, Sept. 3, and several area businesses and public buildings will be closed or have different hours than usual.Johns

The Daily Journal will not be distributed on Monday, and the office will be closed for the day.

Monday refuse and recycling pick-up will be moved to Tuesday, and regularly scheduled Tuesday pick-up will be moved to Wednesday.

The following is a list of buildings and businesses that will be closed for Labor Day.

• City Hall

• Both liquor stores

• The Senior Center

• The public library

• All county offices

• YMCA

• M State

• All Fergus Falls banks

• WestRidge Mall will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
