Evelyn Hoeper, died Saturday, Sept. 1, 2012, at Lake Region Hospital. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in Fergus Falls, with the Rev. Greg Paffel officiating. Burial will be in St. Elizabeth Catholic Cemetery in Elizabeth.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m. at Olson Funeral Home, and one hour prior to the service at the church.
