Customer service tips offered by Renee Rongen [UPDATED]

Renee Rongen will be the featured speaker at a customer service lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday, Sept. 17, at the Bigwood Event Center in Fergus Falls. Tickets must be purchased or reserved by Tuesday, Sept. 11. An incorrect date was inadvertently published in Sunday’s Journal.
