Kenneth Reinke, formerly of Willmar, died peacefully Friday, Sept. 7, 2012, in his sleep, at the Minnesota Veterans Home in Fergus Falls.respectable

He was born Nov. 14, 1936, in Hankinson, N.D., the son of Edward and Margaret (Kruse) Reinke. He grew up on the family farm south of Hankinson, and graduated from Hankinson High School.

Kenneth served in the U.S. Navy for two years.

He was a farm laborer, and later moved to the Willmar area where he worked for the Jennie-O Turkey Plant.

Kenneth married Harriet Nordin in 1993. She died in August 2004.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and his wife, Harriet.

Survivors include his brothers, Roger (Joan) Reinke of West Fargo, and Jim (Carol) Martin of Orange, Calif.; and a sister, Genevieve Kutter of Lidgerwood, N.D.

Visitation: One hour prior to the service at the church

Service: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in Fergus Falls

Clergy: Father Greg Paffel

Burial: St. Otto’s Catholic Cemetery, Fergus Falls

Funeral Home: Olson Funeral Home, Fergus Falls
