The M State Art Department has released a preliminary listing of art shows for the 2012-2013 school year. All exhibitions will be on view in the Beck Gallery of Legacy Hall on the M State campus. Public receptions for the artists involved will be scheduled this year for Sunday afternoons when there will be opportunity to meet many of the artists.mental

• Selected Oil Paintings by John Cox (newly appointed Art Instructor at M State) are on display through Sept. 16

A public reception is planned from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 16

• Drawings and Water Color Paintings by Trygve Olson (Art Instructor, Minnesota State University Moorhead)

Oct. 27 – Nov. 30. Reception: date to be announced.

• Ceramic Work by Lori Charest (Art Instructor at M State) will go on display in December. Reception: date to be announced.
