Spartans sweep Ellendale Trinity 3-0

The M State Spartan volleyball team was able to make quick work of visiting Ellendale Trinity Bible College in three sets (25-16, 25-15, 25-21) Wednesday evening.

Cheyenne O’Neal and Kaitlyn Timian led the offensive attack for M State as each recorded seven kills, while teammate Gretchen Freed was able to dig out 15 shots in the victory.

The Spartans will be back in action Wednesday evening as they host Minnesota West CC at 6:30 p.m.
