Heat pumps cause problems [UPDATED]

Published 9:08am Friday, September 14, 2012 Updated 12:09pm Friday, September 14, 2012

The heating and cooling system at the recently upgraded Grant County Courthouse isn’t working the way it should, and county commissioners want the issue taken care of before the cold Minnesota weather moves in.

The biggest problem is that nobody knows what is causing the issues or who is responsible for fixing them.

The county board is withholding a payment to the contractors responsible for the system until the problem is resolved.
