Morning rollover [UPDATED]
Published 11:12am Friday, September 14, 2012 Updated 11:50am Friday, September 14, 2012No injuries were reported after a low-speed one-vehicle rollover occurred this morning on River Oaks Lane on the west side of Fergus Falls.
The 16-year-old driver was traveling west on River Oaks Lane when he lost control of the vehicle while navigating a curve. The 1997 Cheverolet, Monte Carlo skidded and then overturned in the north ditch. The driver was trapped under the vehicle until the doors were pried open.
Ringdahl ambulance responded but nobody was taken to the hospital, and no injuries were reported. Unsafe speed was a factor in the crash and the driver was cited.

So was it a low speed crash as it says in the first paragraph or high speed towards the end?
The article says unsafe speed at the end, not high speed (unless edited since your post). Maybe the driver was confused by the slow speed at which they were traveling and was temporarily disoriented. It sort of goes w/ most of the drivers in Fergus, especially on Sundays. Slow and disoriented.
